We are often unable to see our PCP on the same day as needed- piedmont west is conveniently located for us and we have never experienced unfriendliness or rude bedside manners as expressed in the prior comment. This office does not deserve a one star. I am thankful for the numerous occasions we have visited and the care given!

This was the greatest experience ever. The reception staff was very friendly and courteous. The doctor was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain to me what was going on. I was a walk in without an appointment and was in and out in 26 minutes. Truly a great experience.
