My daughter was not feeling well with headache and fever and coughing.  The staffs were great, and the service was fantastic.  I would make westmed my go to  for medical attention and would recommend friend and family.  Some of my family are already getting care at Wesmed.

I started having symptoms of a UTI at 5 AM. I was able to step away from work and WestMed took me as a walk-in at 4:30 PM. The staff was friendly and the doctor was extremely kind and had incredible bedside manner. He comforted me as I started to cry about the blood in my urine sample. Will gladly go back next time I am sick.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

Clean,friendly and prompt service. Don't know how the pricing is as I have a $50 copay with my insurance. Check in is done via iPad this does speed up a check-in process.
