Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

Staff , nurse and Dr. Chan very professeional and competent. They were calm and empathetic. I would not hesitate to return there .

Love the Spotswood location!  I live in town and my husband and I come here knowing that care is complete, efficient and pleasant.  Our drs could never get us in on the same day.  Diagnosed excessive earwax and sinus infection.  Wax removed and meds prescribed, all within the same hour!  Erin and Maggie (I think) were so nice and truly caring.  Our regular drs. Practioners should be this caring.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

I called Live to ask about a Covid test; I had been sick and trouble breathing since lasy Friday.   I was trying not to have to go to the doctor, but this morning was particularly difficult to breathe and I was having symptoms of pressure on my lungs.  I went in, they took me right away and were very thorough.  Dr.Sunny was very friendly and pleasant to be with.   The tests were negative and she also asked me to follow up with her in five days.   I think that is above and beyond her responsibility.  But is genuinely concerned

Very disappointed with the care I got. Wait time was yover hour half. When I finally got called in they were nice to me. They took my vitals then covid and strep test. Waited for results which were negative. After that they didn't provide anything for my cough or sore throat. They really didn't do anything for me at all. It was a waste of time and money that I will be charged. I will reach out to my Dr tomorrow for help.
