I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.

From the staff to the Phenomenal doctors I have to say this is the best practice I have been to. The staff are polite and professional, and the doctors make sure to give you the time your child requires. Practice takes all walk ins and appointments and they open Monday - Sunday! We did a walk-in. We were greeted and they checked to make sure they had the vaccine we were requesting. Wait time was around ten minutes. They checked our insurance coverage so we wouldn’t be broadsided. Brian was very good explaining side effects of the shot and the shots were administered by a very efficient young lady. This was a pleasant visit
