I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. I had to get two Covid tests 1 week apart for cataract surgery. First eye results in time which is 96 hours. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN SECOND TEST WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FOR RESULTS IF FIRST TEST. I WAS AT SURGERY CENTER IN WEST ORANGE FOR NOTHING. ARE U KIDDING ME!! DO THEY LOOK AT DATES ON RESULTS. A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOT EXCUSED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.
