I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

Everything that was run by humans was great. Sadly the automated check in was tedious and repetitive.  It tarnished what would otherwise be a great experience. The check in felt cold and impersonal.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Checking in was very easy and quick; the staff at the front desk were very friendly, the nurse assistant who accompanied the attending doctor was also very polite and professional. Dr. Salem was very compassionate and efficient. Bedside manner was great. Will definitely be returning to this facility for future care
