Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

Samatha and Gielle (I don’t know how to spell there name) but they were really respectful and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and happy.

The nurse and the doctor were very friendly. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

I didn’t have to wait at all in the morning and the nurse was very friendly and caring. However the front desk receptionist had a less friendly attitude and would barely look at me while speaking to me. Dr. Beyyinah Hasan was impatient and condescending, and seemed confused by my symptoms. There were also issues with getting my prescription filled at the pharmacy, I ended up having to call multiple times with the pharmacy and the receptionist to resolve the issue.

Staff here is great .. wait time was minimal . Easy to book an appointment, able to see a provider and I was able to get treated immediately. Office hours are great and it helps that they are open late and open on the weekends!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
