Very good staff, the lady who attended me first was very kind and helped me fill out the form, the nurse was also very kind and the doctor examined me very kindly.

They were great. Didn’t wait and the staff and doctor were very helpful.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Love this urgent care on top of everything down Time nice and friendly. I don’t have to wait hours and hours the most I will be waiting in 10 minutes. The staff is so nice and friendly. They explain things to you very nicely and very professional.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
