It took a follow up call to get my meds called in to the pharmacy. I could have administered the Covid test better on myself. Wasn’t surprised that it was negative, it probably had my lipgloss on the swab instead of my nasal contents. What a difference from the visit two weeks ago when Optum was there. We received great care and prompt treatment.

Woke up this morning with my ears really bothering me decided to go to the urgent care walked in. The staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and the doctor was super nice. Was able to give me my prescriptions right away and back home I went for a rest. I recommend this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Every time I have gone I have had a better experience.

It’s always a pleasure to schedule appointments on the Solv app or as a walk-in. The check in is lengthy but that’s to be expected. Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion.
