I been having swollen and pain from my eye, also been real stiffyu. The nurses are very nice took good care of me also the doctor was good at listening to my concerns.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

I made an appointment for a UTI. Checking in was quick. Nichole, who was very pleasant,  took my vitals and list of meds.  Dr Schreiber was terrific. She listened to my concerns and symptoms and prescribed an antibiotic that correlated with the urine sample. I wish Dr Schreiber was a full time doctor at this office as I would want her to be my internist.

Everyone was very nice and professional and showed concern . I was told that I have allergies. No infection. That eased me. I would recommend Solv to family and friends.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Just wish I new no xray tech was available in the beginning but the dr. I saw was very nice and made it worth the wait.
