The staff was cordial and vey helpful. The check-in was easy enough with a little help from the receptionist . The doctor or PA listened to the issues and recommended what was needed. In my case, I needed an antibiotic which I’m taking 2 x per day. Also recommended nasal spray and Tylenol. She was extremely sympathetic and caring . This prompt MD was better than my previous one in Edgewater.

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. I woke up in the morning with a sore throat. I walked into Urgent care and it empty the staff in reception were very pleasant and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room by the RN Marianne she was professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately swabbed me for Covid, Flu and Strept. I was then seen by the PA Christine. She was very attentive to my complaints and professional.
