I had a shoulder pain so I walked into the Clinic. Check-in was very easy and straight forward. Staff were warm and welcoming and the wait time was under 20 minutes. Care were very professional, The overall staff were caring I would recommend.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
