When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years for a variety of reasons. Always had a great experience. The doctors are more knowledgeable then the ones a see regularly. Dr Kessler Omgggggg he’s help me when my own doctors wouldn’t even try . I love DOC Urgent Care both locations are amazing. I even have my daughter’s come here . I recommend DOC to anyone that looking for great providers that’ll listen & help .

The lady receptionist was great! She assisted me in getting my prescription when my pharmacy gave me trouble. The male nurse and male doctor on duty were also extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and clearly cared about patients’ comfort. A big thank you to the team that made my visit seamless!
