I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion. I was afraid it would go into my chest. Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office. The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me. The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.
