We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.
