I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

It was in and out less than 30 mins im pleased with the services

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
