The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Took my daughter, 14, to AM/Pm urgent care Tuesday, It was fast and efficient! And guess what, they have an xray tech going in their clinic? 😱 and you don’t have to wait 4 hours to get discharged?  The next day, I took my son who is three years old for the same symptoms. Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

Woke up with a uti went to work felt terrible the whole day went to urgent care and so glad I did so so nice there people where great the only thing was when the pr came in asked me why I was there I had to do a urine sample not sure why I had to say i had a uti she had the results in her hand but it was fine thank you

The facility was extremely well run and clean. I waited a short time after making my appointment online and the staff were all friendly and took care of my questions and concerns. I left feeling better already.
