Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed
