The staff was cordial and vey helpful. The check-in was easy enough with a little help from the receptionist . The doctor or PA listened to the issues and recommended what was needed. In my case, I needed an antibiotic which I’m taking 2 x per day. Also recommended nasal spray and Tylenol. She was extremely sympathetic and caring . This prompt MD was better than my previous one in Edgewater.

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters
