Dr Shannon Long is super and you couldn't do better. The nurse was friendly enough but I had very little interaction with her. However, they have Godzilla at the reception area so be prepared. I understand the times we are in with the virus, but there is NO need to be rude and disrespectful !! I am 66 years old and am not used to being barked at in a paying doctors office, I nearly walked out. There are far too many of these type places on almost every corner so she needs to check herself. When she cam in with her assistant,things changed because of the kind caring soul she is. He went for one thing and it turn was helped with a few problems that he had,Dr G Jones was great as was her assistant,but to top it off a big guy came in the room and had to give him a couple of shots,he hates needle but " Vince Vaughn" did a great job too,i just said Vince because he looks like him. I dont believe the bad reviews people write on here,this was 2 times and they were great for us.. Love them and they are great providers for us ans the community in which they serve.
