Woke up with ear pain terrified of turning to an infection. Scheduled teledoc. It was fast & easy. Great care! I would absolutely recommend Frisco Quick Care.

They are like going to see family.  Lately, it seems we are there so often, I see them more than my family.  Scheduling is quick on line, usually within a hour.  Check-in … you are greeted and polite.  They now know us by name.  10 minutes is the normal wait, sometimes less. The PAs or doctors and nurses are caring and answer your questions.  There are usually very few in the waiting room so I don’t feel I’m passing our germs on or getting their germs.  The facility is clean and has space to spread out.  Usually there is a kids show on the TV.  Oh and of course the girls love the rubber ducks they get to choose from at the end.  Occasionally they are out… but rarely! I would recommend this provider anytime.

Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.

Checkin and initial triage were fine, but I felt rushed by the nurse practitioner. There were no other patients so I’m not sure why. Maybe they are expected to have a short processing time,  but i would have preferred more time to ask questions and to be asked questions, without a quick immediate diagnosis .

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and NP Christianah Ogunleye’s was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended this clinic!!

I never visited this location before but had to go due to the severity of the pain my daughter was having with her sore throat. Her doctor is good but no available openings. The experience was beyond exceptional. The staff and PA was too kind. I'm considering changing doctors. I love great service and the location we visited was nothing short of it.

I was so happy about the location being so close to my house. Was good parking available and was seen in about 30 minutes. The nurse took my blood for my blood test and was patience enough because my blood was low. I had a good experience. Thank you.

I had a UTI & I thought a sinus infection or cold. But they handled so well by checking for flu or Covid. I did have a bladder infection & to my surprise COVID.  They were all so kind & very professional .

I love the availability at Little Spurs. I don’t think there has been once where there were no appointments available. I love the ease of doing the forms online and even easier through the app. I truly appreciate Little Spurs and everything they do for my kids and the kids in our community.  10/10 would recommend
