I had an emergency. My phone had no power. The receptionist registered me. In 7 minutes I was called to a patient room, was seen by the doctor, and discharged. Every one was professional, respectful, and vibrant. The facility was decorated like a grand hotel. I saved the Next Level number in my phone to take a gift for being exceptional.

I've been to this facility 3 times already since May, 2019. Always, the personnel are friendly and the medical people make you at ease. To me , this is important especially for a patient.
