I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

Easy online scheduling, got in right away and was taken care of.  Had a bad cough and congestion. Have used them several times and will use them again. Clean, professional and treated with care.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

Absolutely loved the staff’s attention to detail. I’m confident in the recommended recovery process and will definitely be referring my friends and loved ones here for medical advise.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

I didn’t call, I took a chance of being a walk-in.  Check-in was helpful & pleasant Staff came to do my heart rate & ask about weight & hight & pulse(?) with the finger clamp but I was a bit surprised that she didn’t tell me what the tests showed Dr. was very helpful & kind & definitely wanted to find the problem & get the meds for it.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and thorough.

Had elbow pain and went here for xray. Went great but busy time of season. Thanks for the care and best to all the other patients today. Thanks for the docs and nurses today!

A+ care! I went in with a suspected kidney infection got my confirmation and meds quickly and easily. All the women that were working yesterday when I went in, I apologize I can't remember their names they all told me but I'm a bit foggy brained, they were outstanding! It's been a very very very long time since I've gone into an urgent care and every single person I interacted with had an amazing bedside manner they were all so kind caring understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I will 100% absolutely be going back to this urgent care clinic for future needs for me and my family. I will absolutely let every single friend I have know about this place as well.

Recently visited and staff was very helpful and got me in and out quickly! This was my first time here at the Clear lake location, I would definitely recommend.

Woke up with sinus pressure. I was able to be seen in less than 30 min.  The staff was amazing, Nataly at the front desk, Mariana at the back office-who by the way gives great injections, and last but not least the NP Abraham.  Would recommend this Urgent Care!!

Hi. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy after our visit. However, the pharmacy sent me a text saying that another prescription would be needed instead. They were unable to get a hold of your clinic and I was unable to as well.  (I think your staff may have been dismissed early because of the pending hurricane).  I also think your clinic is closed today because of the hurricane.  All this to say, I need help with my prescription. Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

My son had a fever. History of ear infections. I was not confident in the evaluation of the practitioner. Was not clear about diagnosing an ear infection. Stated no redness was noted. Ended up in the ER the same night with a clear diagnosis of a R ear infection. Not sure if they are not used to evaluating young children.
