I have never been a huge fan of going to the doctor but this past weekend I HAD to go in and after going in I wish I could make this place my primary doctors office! They are clean, efficient and actually care about you! Alan, MaryAnne and Karen were wonderful and actually took time with me to figure out what would be best for my needs to make me feel better - they made me feel like a person rather than a number (other clinics have made me feel this way). I brought my son and daughter to Excel Urgent Care and received the best care and customer service. The employees checking us in were quick and answered questions that I had before going to the back. The kids play area was a nice distraction while I filled out the necessary paperwork. I appreciate the fact the area was tidy and allowed my kids to enjoy the wait. Once we were called to the back the Triage tech was extremely patient with my little ones as she got their vitals. We then went to a room and waited no more than a couple of minutes before the NP Diane and her student came in. They were very thorough and answered the many questions I had. I really appreciate the customer service this Urgent Care has demonstrated, it's extremely rare these days.
