The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

Woke up in the morning feeling terrible and needed to get an appt for myself and son quickly. Cedar Hill urgent care was able to service us and they did an amazing job. Everyone from the front desk reception to the doctor was so kind, patient and caring. They checked both me and my son and was able to quickly diagnose us and give us our prescription.  I highly recommend cedar hill urgent care and this will now be my go to urgent care when I’m unable to see my provider.

Today was my first time visiting this facility for care.  It was very simple and easy to make my appointment on line. I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were very kind and friendly. I will not hesitate to go there again for any health needs.

Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.
