A health concern with my daughter came about this evening at around 8pm, we were able to schedule an appointment for 9pm, that right there is amazing! The ease of the online scheduling was a breeze, when we arrived, the young lady at check in was super pleasant, once we were called back, the nurse was amazing and had an excellent bed side manner, then the PA came in and was very informative of what was going on, and made my daughter feel very good, bed side manner, the best!  I am beyond thankful and appreciative for the service received on a Friday night. The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

Went to clinic to evaluate flu-like symptoms. I did not have an appointment, the front desk staff, medical staff and Doctor were extremely attentive, easy to talk to and caring. I was in and out within 30 minutes max.

The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

I didn’t get seen til after 2, but my appt was 115. S with every doctor visit, I wish the timing was realistic. Medical Staff were kind and concise.

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.
