Easy to schedule, staff was helpful and very friendly, got seen fast, all around great place.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

I was a walk-in. I got checked in right away. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. The assistant and Dr were very professional. The Dr asked questions and offered options to further run test or wait to see my primary Dr.

Thank you to the whole staff from the receptionist, the Nurse and the Doctor.  The whole experience was coordinated, patient first attitude and overall a great experience in my time of urgent care.

10 Stars! I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care for 2 months so I tried Multicare Indigo and I am so glad that I did! Valena & Tyni were kind, professional and friendly. PA-C Anthony Montes was fantastic and answered my questions. The clinic is super clean and I appreciate the online scheduling option. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic!

Ran out of prescription meds 2 weeks before my new Primary Care Physician appointment. Went to Indigo Urgent care for help. Stellar staff particularly Medical Assistant Meghan. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The place was nice and neat and quick.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
