10 Stars! I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care for 2 months so I tried Multicare Indigo and I am so glad that I did! Valena & Tyni were kind, professional and friendly. PA-C Anthony Montes was fantastic and answered my questions. The clinic is super clean and I appreciate the online scheduling option. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic!

Realized that I had symptoms of a UTI. I called for an appointment and was able to be seen within an hour. Check-in was easily done online before I arrived. When I arrived at office I received a friendly welcome and was seen within minutes. My care was provided by Brandy Zerby, who was very kind, competent, and professional. This is my second time utilizing Indi Urgent Care and I am incredibly pleased with the service I have received at both visits. Excellent service!

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The real live scheduling person (Sarah) did an excellent job. She was patient and informative and creative. Her service was far, far better than the online service that failed me...three times. Additionally, the person who gave us our vaccines was wonderful. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant personality.
