I was able to schedule easily online for the next day. The front staff was very nice and the waiting room was clean. I was seen within a reasonable window after my appointment time. Provider Mayes actually listened to me and treated me like a human being. I appreciated his sensitivity to my concern and that he took the time to answer all of my questions.

I woke up not feeling good, all clinics near us were full and the Emergency Department was so full there was no parking. The staff at the tukwila Indigo got us all in and it was very quick. Jay greeted us in the front, and Ciara immediately got us all into a room. Tai made sure we had water and juice, and Ciara, Jay, Makayla and Sam that we were in and out. Sam was very gentle and considerate of us not feeling well, and made sure we had all the medication we need. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you!!

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I went in for COVID testing at a community testing site. It was pretty easy to book online and to check in. There was no wait time and the staff was very friendly. I had a good experience!

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
