Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. Thank you Multicare for staffing and providing such a wonderful facility. Kudos to all 🙏

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Ran out of prescription meds 2 weeks before my new Primary Care Physician appointment. Went to Indigo Urgent care for help. Stellar staff particularly Medical Assistant Meghan. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.

Scheduled an appointment overnight and was able to see a practitioner first thing in the morning.  The wait was nonexistent, the location was incredibly clean and inviting, and the staff were lovely and helpful.  Highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

It was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment and not have to sit and wait to be seen when not feeling well. All the staff were empathetic to my concerns and provided the care that I needed.

Care was exceptional ! Got right in and was treated to hot tea and lemon! Everyone was delightful and caring! They diagnosed me quickly and was back home I ! They explained and were attentive to my questions. Will not hestitate next time to go earlier and get some help! Spent hours waiting for primary healthcare to respond! Thank so much for all you did for me!

I’m satisfied with my visit. It was easy to schedule, check in was convenient, staff was very nice and helpful and the care was very good and helpful!  Very encouraging as well, which aides in your belief from your diagnosis to how you proceed in your aftercare!  👍🏾🙏🏿

Got in to room pretty quickly. Doctor was fantastic. Total time for visit was about an hour, which included waiting for Covid/flu test result.

Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"
