Scheduling was easy, and check in fast. The Staff and PA who saw and treated me today was wonderful. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Got in to room pretty quickly. Doctor was fantastic. Total time for visit was about an hour, which included waiting for Covid/flu test result.

The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! Everyone is friendly and nice. In fact, I was offered water twice!!! I felt that Michael Taylor the NP really knew his stuff! I would recommend your clinic to other people

I was 30 mins behind of my appt. and thought I will be accommodated after 1.5 hrs. They called me 15mins after I checked in. All of the staffs and doctor s are friendly and courteous.

I was able to schedule around noon for an appt. around 5:15. I arrived at the appointed time and waited less than 5 mins when I was called into the suite by CeCe. I have seen her before and she is always pleasant and efficient. PA Jen was top notch, she listened to my complaint, checked my meds and trusted that I knew my body. She quickly decided on a course of treatment and I was on my way. Checkin was super fast and it was fun to see familiar faces in the treatment area. I had my scripts in hand and was on my way home in under a hour. Thank you all.

I had scheduled an appointment after work, I was checked in quickly with the online set up, then called back and triaged, Provider came, got an xray, Provider set up a care plan and done, overall about 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient.

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Excellent.doctor and nurse are professional. Very Kind to help. Will consider to consult the doctor .

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The place was nice and neat and quick.

Everytime I have to go in or bring my kids in, anything from xrays to basic flu, this team is on it! Friendly. Supportive. Listens. Helpful. Always compassionate!

Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"

The staff did a great job getting me in for my scheduled appt. Very professional! I drove an extra 20 min to get to them, after looking at online reviews. They did not disappoint!

Care was exceptional ! Got right in and was treated to hot tea and lemon! Everyone was delightful and caring! They diagnosed me quickly and was back home I ! They explained and were attentive to my questions. Will not hestitate next time to go earlier and get some help! Spent hours waiting for primary healthcare to respond! Thank so much for all you did for me!
