Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. The staff did a great job getting me in for my scheduled appt. Very professional! I drove an extra 20 min to get to them, after looking at online reviews. They did not disappoint!

I was able to schedule around noon for an appt. around 5:15. I arrived at the appointed time and waited less than 5 mins when I was called into the suite by CeCe. I have seen her before and she is always pleasant and efficient. PA Jen was top notch, she listened to my complaint, checked my meds and trusted that I knew my body. She quickly decided on a course of treatment and I was on my way. Checkin was super fast and it was fun to see familiar faces in the treatment area. I had my scripts in hand and was on my way home in under a hour. Thank you all.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
