When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.

Woke up with a coughing attack, scheduled an appointment for that morning, got checked in, staff is super friendly, I was in and out in no time 45 minutes in all, I would definitely highly recommend Multicare indigo urgent care in West Seattle

Dr. Gee and the team there are amazing. I was greeted quickly and with a smile from the front desk. The medical assistant I have seen twice now and she is always so kind. Dr. Gee is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
