The assistant and/or nurse didn’t seem particularly comfortable working with kids, and the provider came across as overly aggressive and lacking patience with scared, anxious children. My son was resistant to the oral and ear exams, and I felt the provider was too forceful in their approach, focusing on “getting the job done” rather than handling the situation with care. While I understand the need to complete the examination, a bit more patience and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, especially given how ill, tired, and frightened my child already was.

It was really fast and they were so helpful. I called ahead nd they were waiting to help.

Easy to schedule an appointment or be put on a waiting list!  Love this place!

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. Local walk in had a three hour wait, I love that we have the option to come to the 10 min walk in clinic. Jack Elsaman is such a great PA-C and always teaches me something new!
