Came as a walk-in, given options but decided to wAit and was seen earlier than expected. Staff very calm, friendly, and efficient.

Excellent experience. Front desk and intake staff were friendly and efficient. Clinician was thorough and explained her recommendations clearly. This is my second visit. No scheduled appointments were available, so I joined the waiting list and went home. I was notified that my turn was coming up when it was time to return to the clinic, then was seen promptly...very convenient.

Had allergic reaction that wouldnt go away and walked in and was able to get seen and my face stopped itching. Very thankful for that.

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

The staff and Dr. Phillips were fast and efficient. I had a 9am appointment and made my 10am bowling league. I would recommend this organization to anyone.

I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.

The staff were amazingly kind, supportive, skilled in nursing and quick to resolve all my issues.  It was a pleasure to have them backreact the way they did. Thank you and God bless you all.

I went in because I've had a sore throat and fever all week and have been exposed to my live in partner who came down with strep. He had gone in and the instant test was negative, but a week later the lab came back positive. I told them all this. My lab was also negative. Well, thanks to a mix up where they'd entered my name with an error, the lab discarded my test results and wouldn't process them. I spent all morning today using my sore throat to argue with them. They wanted me to come back and re-test... I don't have energy to keep going to the doctor and spending all day for things I did yesterday. The whole thing is ridiculous... what a waste of time.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care!! 10 stars in my opinion.

Had a on line appointment with a tele doctor. Went to clinic for a rapid step test. Very quick and easy. Staff was friendly.
