I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

Scheduled an appointment overnight and was able to see a practitioner first thing in the morning.  The wait was nonexistent, the location was incredibly clean and inviting, and the staff were lovely and helpful.  Highly recommend!

I have never had a more efficient, friendly, respectful, informed or helpful doctor visit. Generally I hate going to the doctor, but this visit was a delight, and feel grateful to be in their care.

Good, but I don't understand why the front desk clerk asked me to provide the personal information of another driver.

The staff here are consistently kind, competent, and efficient. It’s the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I especially appreciate the provider, Claudia. She listens well and shows compassion.

We really enjoy the staff and the environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and really takes the time with every patient. My toddler was seen today, she came in nervous like always but by the end of it was thanking the staff for her stickers and showing them off to each member as we walked by. The provider today was Niko and he's always great.

My entire visit was great. My only issue is that there was no actual diagnosis on my exit paperwork. I can only assume I have some kind of an allergy and bacterial infection based solely on the meds I was prescribed. Assuming Allergic rhinitis and not the Common Cold, which would be nice to know since a cold is contagious. I was recently, over a 2 hour period, with a chain smoker who smoked 5-6 cigarettes with me in the car. He's very defensive so, nothing can be said about it. I refused Covid & flu testing because I had no symptoms. I also refused COPD terminology used in my case as I disagree with its generaluzed usage as a 'catch-all'. I will follow-up with my PCP about being tested for asthma, which I learned I should be tested for on my own. Not every respitory illness is COPD. Again, I really needed an actual diagnosis since I have older people I am around and I strive to keep them safe. If it's on the exit paperwork, I honestly could not find it and I did read all the pages. Thank you!

Excellent Care, I recommend it for anybody that’s having a hard time, especially  seeing their primary care physician.. I actually preferred this to going to see my primary care physician. The doctor was exceptional and I feel comfortable. Thank you so much. I do recommend this 100%

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I appreciate the smooth and efficient scheduling here at the Point Ruston location. I was a “walk-in” who was seen an hour after I first called. I also appreciate the courteous and pleasant staff who just add to the quality care when folks are already feeling stressed and ill. It makes a difference. Thank you.

The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! Everyone is friendly and nice. In fact, I was offered water twice!!! I felt that Michael Taylor the NP really knew his stuff! I would recommend your clinic to other people
