          Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

          I was able to schedule easily online for the next day. The front staff was very nice and the waiting room was clean. I was seen within a reasonable window after my appointment time. Provider Mayes actually listened to me and treated me like a human being. I appreciated his sensitivity to my concern and that he took the time to answer all of my questions.

          Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

          I came in for a foot injury. From the time I came in I was greeted by Jennifer who provided me with water, Vita check me in and Aleyda brought to the exam room, both very professional.           Woke up this morning with sinus pressure and was able to get a walk in appointment scheduled for the same day just waited a bit. But everyone seemed very happy to be there and were very friendly. All the staff was wonderful!

          I haven’t been able to hear well for the last 8 years, I had really bad psoriasis in my ear and never thought id be able to get rid of the wax build up that was in there, they did everything they possibly could to help me out and Im finally able to hear so clearly again! these people are so amazing and i recommend this place to anyone having problems with their health, I couldn’t have asked for better people!           I brought my Mom in at 6 PM on a Sunday as she had a cold and had experienced total hearing loss in her right ear and was supposed to fly home the next day. Dr. Crawford diagnosed her w a collapsed eustachian tube and prescribed steroids. She advised her not to fly home until it felt better and hearing returned. Upon arriving back in MI, my Mom visited her ENT and he praised the urgent care doc for correctly diagnosing and properly prescribing meds. He said most docs misdiagnose or get amounts of steroids incorrect. So, not only was Dr. Crawford knowledgeable, she was very nice and answered all of our questions.
