Thank you to the whole staff from the receptionist, the Nurse and the Doctor.  The whole experience was coordinated, patient first attitude and overall a great experience in my time of urgent care.

Everything is easy and quick.  Staff is great and so pleasant.  Provider knew exactly what to do.  Co pay is less than a visit to my primary.  Please keep this location open.  We need it.

I don’t have a primary care doctor so I’m glad they were able to see me and take care of my needs

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The place was nice and neat and quick.

The staff did a great job getting me in for my scheduled appt. Very professional! I drove an extra 20 min to get to them, after looking at online reviews. They did not disappoint!

It was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment and not have to sit and wait to be seen when not feeling well. All the staff were empathetic to my concerns and provided the care that I needed.

Scheduled an appointment overnight and was able to see a practitioner first thing in the morning.  The wait was nonexistent, the location was incredibly clean and inviting, and the staff were lovely and helpful.  Highly recommend!

Ava and Danielle are amazing and very attentive!  Highly recommend them and this clinic. Had zero wait time and process was very easy.

Care was exceptional ! Got right in and was treated to hot tea and lemon! Everyone was delightful and caring! They diagnosed me quickly and was back home I ! They explained and were attentive to my questions. Will not hestitate next time to go earlier and get some help! Spent hours waiting for primary healthcare to respond! Thank so much for all you did for me!

Scheduling was easy, and check in fast. The Staff and PA who saw and treated me today was wonderful. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

Front desk was great, and the tech that took me back was also great. The doctor not so much. I felt rushed, and not a priority. I was not even done with why I was there as it wasn't just cause I was sick. Anyway, not great care. In and out....

Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"

Was able to schedule online and for a time that worked best for me. Also was able to fill out questionnaire online in advance, which saved time.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. Thank you Multicare for staffing and providing such a wonderful facility. Kudos to all 🙏
