It was straightforward to get care I have insurance and I paid the deductable. I was able to get tested and they gave the needed medicine. I haven't get the results yet after 3 days. I wish I can find the lab results in MyChart app somewhere.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

My eyes were feeling gritty and not right, so I bit the bullet and drove to this location yesterday (based on my previous, first visit last summer). Super quiet, clean and the staff both visits were very nice and courteous. My doctor for this visit was helpful with my current finding of the finding of pinkeye (we were both equally grossed out). He didn't shame me or lecture, and he said it was good we caught it in time. He prescribed some antibiotics and said if I had any trouble to let them know. I would definitely go back to this UC if I need to. :)

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

Was able to schedule an appointment with a provider without difficulty. Had a double ear infection!

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

Booked an appointment at 8am. Got right in. Care was very professional and thorough. Dr Singh ordered a chest X-ray for verification nothing was going on. Appreciate the promptness and thoroughness of clinic. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

Went in for loss of vision in left eye. They put me in right away. Then after barely checking sent me to the ER because they don't have the tool/machines to do much.
