Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

Once I finally got thru to receptionist I was able to make an appointment for the following day.  I really wanted same day. Excellent care. Happy with end result.

When I mentioned to my friend that I was still hacking up Olive phlegm and told her I was going to need to go to urgent care to deal with this, she told me about the Solv app.  I downloaded it and was able to schedule a TeleMed appointment within two hours.  As a retired nurse, I am pretty freaking fussy when it comes to my medical providers.   I absolutely adored the person I saw.  Not only did she call meds in to a local pharmacy for me. She also told me to contact her again in five days if my symptoms had not resolved and she would prescribe a different follow up .  I have told at least a dozen friends and family that they need to download this app now.  I am hooked.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Excellent care from start to finish. Front desk friendly and efficient. Nurse practitioner very knowledgeable, and excellent “bedside manner “. Definitely recommend using them for your health care needs.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Stopped to secure an appointment, but none were available but will text when an opening comes up - 3-1/2 hours later I was informed it was time to come in. Very through and efficient, left with a summary review. Very pleased.

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

Was able to schedule an appointment with a provider without difficulty. Had a double ear infection!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I went in for COVID testing at a community testing site. It was pretty easy to book online and to check in. There was no wait time and the staff was very friendly. I had a good experience!
