Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

It was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment and not have to sit and wait to be seen when not feeling well. All the staff were empathetic to my concerns and provided the care that I needed.

Scheduling was easy, and check in fast. The Staff and PA who saw and treated me today was wonderful. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Wanted to see a doctor and was able to get in same day. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. I'm glad I came in and grateful for them being right in my community. Highly recommend them.

Care was exceptional ! Got right in and was treated to hot tea and lemon! Everyone was delightful and caring! They diagnosed me quickly and was back home I ! Realized that I had symptoms of a UTI. I called for an appointment and was able to be seen within an hour. Check-in was easily done online before I arrived. When I arrived at office I received a friendly welcome and was seen within minutes. My care was provided by Brandy Zerby, who was very kind, competent, and professional. This is my second time utilizing Indi Urgent Care and I am incredibly pleased with the service I have received at both visits. Excellent service!

Fell from ladder resulting in deep gash to forearm. Was taken in right away. Nurse gave me snacks when I said I was hungry. Staff were all pleasant and we kidded each other a bit.  Didn’t take nearly as long as I expected. Thank you!!

Everything was awesome and the entire staff were amazing.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Everytime I have to go in or bring my kids in, anything from xrays to basic flu, this team is on it! Friendly. Supportive. Listens. Helpful. Always compassionate!

Ran out of prescription meds 2 weeks before my new Primary Care Physician appointment. Went to Indigo Urgent care for help. Stellar staff particularly Medical Assistant Meghan. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.
