check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The staff was fast and friendly and had me in and out quickly. Always a great experience at Indigo.

Excellent care from start to finish. Front desk friendly and efficient. Nurse practitioner very knowledgeable, and excellent “bedside manner “. Definitely recommend using them for your health care needs.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Went in for loss of vision in left eye. They put me in right away. Then after barely checking sent me to the ER because they don't have the tool/machines to do much.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

My granddaughter had been sick since December 19th which was 10 days. Easy schedule online and got right in when we arrived at the office. She couldn’t break the fever and was in extreme pain. She is only 3. The staff was so nice and caring with her, made her comfortable and made sure they had the correct diagnosis by asking questions and examining her thoroughly. She needed up having a sinus infection. They sent prescription right over to her pharmacy and it was ready when we got there. Amazing Care from the team.

Wonderful front desk ladies and PA. Kind, informative, proactive, doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with the care my son received.

Booked an appointment at 8am. Got right in. Care was very professional and thorough. Dr Singh ordered a chest X-ray for verification nothing was going on. Appreciate the promptness and thoroughness of clinic. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

I don’t usually leave reviews (who has time for that ) but I really had a a great experience at this clinic . Fast ,kind and respectful . I haven’t felt that in many healt clinics before . Strongly recommended .

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

I had my annual physical this morning.  It’s not something I look forward to but I have to say Sarah Phillips and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I left the clinic feeling that they had delivered an excellent heathcare experience.

Was able to schedule an appointment with a provider without difficulty. Had a double ear infection!

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.
