Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time. 2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55. Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed. Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient. Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was able to book an appt the day before with ease. The front desk staff member was very friendly. The lobby had drinks, snacks, masks, and hand sanitizer available. I only had to wait about 15 min. I did arrive 15 min early for my appt, as requested. The NP provider was very kind and knowledgeable. I always get great wound care assessments from the providers at Indigo!

I brought my Mom in at 6 PM on a Sunday as she had a cold and had experienced total hearing loss in her right ear and was supposed to fly home the next day. Dr. Crawford diagnosed her w a collapsed eustachian tube and prescribed steroids. She advised her not to fly home until it felt better and hearing returned. Upon arriving back in MI, my Mom visited her ENT and he praised the urgent care doc for correctly diagnosing and properly prescribing meds. He said most docs misdiagnose or get amounts of steroids incorrect. So, not only was Dr. Crawford knowledgeable, she was very nice and answered all of our questions.
