The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! Everyone is friendly and nice. In fact, I was offered water twice!!! I felt that Michael Taylor the NP really knew his stuff! I would recommend your clinic to other people

I was a walk-in. I got checked in right away. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. The assistant and Dr were very professional. The Dr asked questions and offered options to further run test or wait to see my primary Dr.

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

Been dealing with sinus drainage and pain. Had already visited my doctors office a couple days earlier. Still not feeling very good on Saturday so visited Urgent Care. I so appreciated and thankful the care and concern I received on my visit on Nov. 16, 2024.  Thankful because I was referred me to the ER at St. Michael where my problem was recognized and immediately addressed and treated.    I would definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care Poulsbo.

Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. Thank you Multicare for staffing and providing such a wonderful facility. Kudos to all 🙏

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Staff and nurses were really nice. When it came time for the doctor to come in he seemed nice and had good intentions but his bedside manner wasn't very great. I was in immense pain, and had to drive myself due to it being a weekday. Was under a lot of stress and after doing a quick evaluation he spent quite a while on his computer in silence. Just to lean over a bit later and tell me I needed to go to the ER. He did his job, and didn't do anything outright bad, just felt a bit disconnected from the patient unlike other doctors I had been seen by during previous occasions at the same place.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Got in to room pretty quickly. Doctor was fantastic. Total time for visit was about an hour, which included waiting for Covid/flu test result.
