Excellent experience. Front desk and intake staff were friendly and efficient. Clinician was thorough and explained her recommendations clearly. This is my second visit. No scheduled appointments were available, so I joined the waiting list and went home. I was notified that my turn was coming up when it was time to return to the clinic, then was seen promptly...very convenient.

Great experience. Took my daughter in for a sore throat, had an appointment within an hour, was seen and got results fast. The team was friendly, caring, and efficient.

We were told the wait should be 30-40 minutes, but it was much longer. The staff was nice, but seemed rushed and overworked. This office needs additional doctors/nurses.

I was able to make an appt online for the same day. Once I arrived, the check-in was easy and they got me back to my room quickly. The MA was super friendly and cordial. The provider was friendly and open to listen to my thoughts regarding the concern. Overall experience went really well.

The doctor was very condescending. While trying to explain my sons complex Medical history and issues he turn and looks at my son then looks at me and asked if my son could not speak. That was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate

Easy online booking.  Check in was seamless. Waiting area is clean and pleasant.  Staff are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, which is really appreciated when you are sick.  I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Had made an appt for tomorrow for a lingering cold/sore throat/earache but was feeling worse as the day progressed. I called to see if walk-ins were accepted and was told yes and the likely wait time. And then was told that they could text me when the wait had lessened. So kind! I ended up going within half an hour...figured I might as well wait there. And the check-in was efficient and fast. I was seen quickly, all my questions were answered and I was reassured about my symptoms. An OTC was prescribed after it was determined I was negative for strep or tonsillitis or an ear infection. (They even cleaned one ear, which was clogged with wax - a new experience for me. I came away SO IMPRESSED with all the staff - kind, professional, helpful and efficient!! Would definitely recommend this provider!!

Our medical assistant, Katie and our care provider Miss Debbie, we’re very helpful and efficient supporting my son. The front staff was very kind and helpful as well.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Great staff and service front to back.  Check in was quick, wait was manageable, provider explanation was clear and concise, blood draw and x-ray effortless.  Very pleased with the visit. I absolutely recommend.

I haven't been to the doctors in almost a decade and my previous experiences were not so great but many of those bad experiences were shattered today from having a positive experience at Indigo. Jay was very professional and kind and helped me walk through the processes at my appointment. The office was clean, organized, and well functioning. Thank you.

When I came down with sinus infection symptoms and freaked out that I could not get seen in my doctors office, I was very grateful to be able to get on an Indigo waitlist and then squeezed into be seen by an urgent care provider. Everyone was lovely, very friendly and professional. I was even impressed by the prompt care others received while I waited to be seen. Someone with a clearly injured leg/foot was immediately offered a wheel chair and taken back. (I knew I’d need to wait and it makes sense that someone with worse condition would get care first!). But I very much appreciated the great customer service and care I observed and myself also received. Once I got taken back, the nurse had great bedside manner. And then Dr. Lem was kind, quick but thorough, and got me assessed, treated and recommended follow up with a specialist. I very much appreciated the quality care I received! Honestly, my only frustration with the entire visit was the card reader went down, so I couldn’t pay. I can’t say how much I really appreciated the quality care that got me in and out on my way, though. Thanks to the whole staff and Dr. Lem!

Scheduling was super easy and convenient rather than doing walk in. We were seen right at our appt time. The nurses and doctors were friendly and caring. The ladies who checked us in were also very friendly and quick! Always a great experience.
