I needed to get TB test and they were able to schedule me same day. The staff was amazing and everyone is so nice and attentive. From scheduling to checkout it was a breeze. 10 out of 10 Indigo! Thank you for all you do!

Scheduling was easy online to pick a time to go in for walk in. I Set my appointment the day before and was able to get in even after running a couple minutes late, I had to wait a few short minutes for the receptionist to update my insurance and then I was called back. My nurse was super friendly and helpful and my doctor Nick was very informative and helped get me some antibiotics for an infection and offered to provide a foot wrap and a very friendly nurse wrapped my foot very nicely! Quick and easy appointment and I got the answers and relief I needed

I was able to schedule an appointment same day and was seen soon after we arrived. They were able to do labs and x-rays on site and we were done within an hour or so. The provider, Dr. Brady, was great - very thorough and personable. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

My daughter had a bump on her wrist that was bothering her. Scheduling was easy, wait time was good and her exam was great. The nurses were extremely nice, the doctor answered all our questions and helped our daughter. My daughter said the doctor was nice, answered her questions and made her laugh! 9/10

Scheduling was easy. The staff checking me in this morning were fast and nice. However, once the Physician walked in and we talked about the problem I've been having. I interpreted her manner of speaking was condescending towards me.

Had an eye problem, lots of tearing, wanted to make sure it wasn't bacterial. All were attentive, and efficient. Would use this group again.

Came as a walk-in, given options but decided to wAit and was seen earlier than expected. Staff very calm, friendly, and efficient.

This was my first time coming to the Kent station Indigo urgent care. Long waits are expected with any kind of walk in, so I was prepared for that. When I checked in the staff was friendly and helpful and gave me an estimated wait time of 4 hours I stopped at dollar tree and within 20 minutes got the text to come back. Wendy was the provider who helped me and she lit up the room as soon as she entered it and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was great and I felt heard and am very hopeful for the medications she prescribed to help my issues.

I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.
