THE PROCESS WAS IMMPECCABLE...SIGNED IN, GIVE INSURANCE CARD, FILL IN INFORMATION ON AN iPAD, WAS CALLED WITHIN 5 MINS OF COMPLETING THAT... THE NURSE TRIAGED ME, TOOK ME TO THE ROOM AND BEFORE I COULD HAVE A SEAT TO MY SURPRISE THE DR WAS WALKING IN...DR SONG YU WAS VERY THOROUGH, HE HAD A LOVELY BEDSIDE MANNER AND HE WAS FRIENDLY. HE OFFERED THE BEST OPTION FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY AND SENT ME HOME WITH A Z PACK, I FELT BETTER WITHING MINUTES AFTER THE INJECTION...IF I EVER GET SICK AGAIN WHILE MY DOCTOR IS ON BREAK, I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK FOR A VISIT, I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT, THANK YOU MEDHELP!

Very nice doctor and staff. Doctor seemed concerned about figuring out what my problem was. After feeling miserable for 5 days prior to my visit, I started feeling better shortly after my visit. I have been to this urgent care office four times. I have received excellent care every time. The entire staff has a great attitude and makes the visit as pleasant as possible.
