My 12 year old niece had been sick since Friday with coughing, elevated fever, couldn’t keep anything down and nausea. We got to the clinic at 4:25 pm I was unaware of closing time at 5:00pm but we was made to feel welcome even though we were close to closing time. Our experience was met with professional individuals from the front desk to the back with the nurse practitioner. She explained everything to my niece that she could understand. This is our second visit and will never go anywhere else for Urgent Care.

THE NURSE TRIAGED ME, TOOK ME TO THE ROOM AND BEFORE I COULD HAVE A SEAT TO MY SURPRISE THE DR WAS WALKING IN...DR SONG YU WAS VERY THOROUGH, HE HAD A LOVELY BEDSIDE MANNER AND HE WAS FRIENDLY. HE OFFERED THE BEST OPTION FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY AND SENT ME HOME WITH A Z PACK, I FELT BETTER WITHING MINUTES AFTER THE INJECTION...IF I EVER GET SICK AGAIN WHILE MY DOCTOR IS ON BREAK, I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK FOR A VISIT, I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT, THANK YOU MEDHELP!
