Came in because of coughing and drainage... was told it was allergies because that Benadryl worked better on symptoms than Nyquil and drainage has been clear..But I was having same symptoms as the other 3 people who have also been sick in same household. Was prescribed Zyrtec..

I was feeling very sick for a few days with chest pains, fever and short breathe. It didn’t take me very long to get attended and when I did they took good care of me. They had meds in hand and gave me a breathing treatment that helped me out so much. I always receive the best service there.

Scheduled an appointment was in 10 minutes later than appointment scheduled. Other than that great visit.

The scheduling on line went pretty well. I did not have a SOLV account and I was a new member. Now it should go smoothly next time.

Made appt and waited about an hour after that time to be seen. NP did not seem interested in prescribing meds for my kids who were coughing up brown phlegm and have had audible bubbling/crackling when they lie down. I asked—am I confused? Is coughing up brown not an indicator that they need antibiotics? She confirmed that it is, but not in their case because “they’ve been coughing for so long.” Make it make sense. Staff super friendly and efficient. Will not go back because of quality of medical care.

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.
