Amazing service here from check in, the PA service and getting glued and steri stripped due to a large cut on my foot.  I even got my tetanus shot and was out in less than 20 minutes.  Quick and efficient service best urgent care experience ever!

I was in San Marcos from Buffal because my daughter had a baby. I arrived with an upper respiratory infection and had to wear a mask for the first few days around the baby. I was finally convinced to go to the clinic. They accepted my “out of town” insurance and couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding. Knowing I was here for 3 weeks a Zpak was prescribed and I was feeling much better in a few days! Everyone there was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you

The GOAT, for the older ones, that means greatest of all time. I have been with this office since 2011, this office is more than a DR office, these people care. I have always felt like family there, like I was loved from front desk to nursing. Newman is more than a physician. He truly understands along with his incredible PAC Erin, that medical care is way more than a diagnosis, its a physical and mental body, youre more than your pains and were all just humans trying to figure out life. I will choose an office any day that I know i can run to wether my issues are physical or mental and know im going to be HEARD. Ill tell you being heard can be so mentally FREEING and not being heard can KEEP you ill. thank you ALL FOREVER. 🥰💋💝 - Sarah Reese Martinez For Erin Pollett. The office in which Erin chooses to HELP provide care, its the greatest buisness and private medical practice I've ever known my whole life, I've been with them since 2011, having had health struggles since atleast 2009, Erin is the reason I became trusting enough to even let a Dr into my world. Since 2016 ive been struggling with Graves disease. Thyroid issues, in my most weakest moments she helped me through, a title may be a title, people should remember they're just people also with all different skill sets. This woman was apart of my growth both medically & mentally... i felt like she was the only one in the world that was actually hearing me for years, I had neglected to realize I had just never trusted enough to let anyone else in and I had shared with her, thats why she understands me so well. She probably cared more for me in parts of my life where I didn't know if I wanted to have one anymore. Im still here and im stronger than ever. Your Drs should care about your mental and physical well-being, but they will NEVER be psychics, you have to be willing to seek the proper help to get it. Thank God for this office 💋💯

About the Hepatitis Vaccine

The hepatitis A and B vaccine is used to prevent infections caused by the hepatitis A and hepatitis B viruses. Hepatitis A is a severe disease that affects the liver and can lead to death, which is why it's crucial that you get the vaccine. Hepatitis A can be spread by close person-to-person contact and Hepatitis B can be spread through bodily fluids, like semen, blood, saliva, vaginal fluids, or by sharing needles.

The Hepatitis A and hepatitis B combination vaccine are recommended for anyone over the age of 18 who's at risk of infection from their jobs or certain behaviors. You should also get it if you're going to be traveling to the Middle East, the Caribbean, Africa, the former Soviet Union, Eastern and Southern Europe, Central and South America, and Southeast Asia (excluding Japan).

The Hep A and Hep B combination vaccine is also recommended for people who use illegal injection drugs, people involved in high-risk sexual activity (like homosexual and bisexual males), residents of drug and alcohol treatment centers, military personnel, people who work in a childcare center or correctional facility, and people living in or moving to areas with high rates of HAV infection (and who are at a high risk of HBV infection). It's also recommended for anyone at risk because of their jobs (such as police officers, laboratory workers who handle the Hep A and Hep B viruses, anyone who comes into contact with sewage or stool, and anyone who provides first aid or medical care), as well as people with chronic liver disease or hemophilia.
